Five for Friday and a Giveaway

I just love linking up with DoodleBugs for my weekly randomness. Happy 4th of July to all my American followers!

First off, I just started on a no/low carb diet (gotta fit in a swimsuit in 3 weeks). If you read my posts, you'll know how much I love pasta. I have friends who  have gone off gluten and they feel so much better. I feel yucko. I dreamed about toast last night. Seriously, it is sad when you dream about how amazing toast is.

My baby girl is getting her senior pictures taken by a good (and oh so talented) friend of mine, Melissa Schantz. Check out her website. Melissa is doing her student teaching in the fall, is an awesome mom, super crafty and creative, and she takes dang good pictures. Here's my cruddy iPhone pic of my sweet girl all dolled up. I'll post the real deal pics when I get 'em.
I am beyond excited to be hitting the road to Las Vegas next week! My amazing PTO paid for two days of the Differentiated Instruction conference and I'm tacking on the Teachers Pay Teachers conference at the end. I CAN NOT WAIT! Hold up, what am I going to wear? Eeeek! I'm on a budget so I went to Target and they had a BOGO sale on dresses. I went a little crazy and had about 20 things to try on, even though they only let you take in 6. Lucky for me, my sweet sis was there to be my personal shopper. I was able to get two dresses, pants, a tank, flats, a cardi and earrings for under $115. No lie. This is why I love Target!

I'm throwing an Independence Day Sale in my TpT store this weekend. It runs July 4-6 and everything is 20% off!

Still reading? I saved the best for last! I just finished bundling some of my math activity packs into an Understanding Numbers: 2nd gr CCSS Aligned Activities Bundle. It includes 4 of my activity packs that can also be bought individually: Monster Math: Place Value Activities, Even and Odd Owls, Skip Counting Stars, and Greater Than/Less Than Geckos. Each product sells for $4, but the bundle is only $12! That's like getting one free!

Enter the Rafflecopter below to win this brand new bundle, which I'll be using this fall with my 2nd grade bunch.

    1. 2nd grade is awesome! They already know how to line up, LOL! It is a great year because they go from learning to read to reading to learn. You see amazing growth and they are fun! Good luck, and let me know if you need anything!
