Five for Friday and a Giveaway!

Hello! I'm back from vacation and trying to sort through emails, laundry, to do lists, and mail. One thing I just had to do was link up with Doodle Bugs for FFF!

 I just got back from a Caribbean cruise and I am tan and tired. Why is it that it feels like you need a vacation after your vacation? Well, I won't make you too jealous with all my pictures, so I'll just post one! Don't worry, no pictures of ME in a bathing suit--that's my daughter. This was my favorite island, St. Maarten. The water was crystal clear and the sand was like sugar. I didn't want to leave.

 I've been doing a book study with Sarah and Courtney from Adventures in Guided Math. I just finished Chapter 7 of Guided Math in Action by Dr. Nicki Newton and it is a great book. You can read about it here.

 I also did a Back to School Product Swap with Cara from Creative Playground. She paired me up with Jennifer Drake and I just had so much fun doing her Back to School Lapbook and I am looking forward to making this with my new bunch of 2nd graders. Guess what else?
